FYI, you can have this exact same setup with a common wiersels IP camera (I bought mine on Amazon for $65) and there are free apps that you can use on your computer or Android device (so I'm sure there's an iPhone one, too!) that allow you to view and manipulate the camera (I paid the few dollars to upgrade for audio capabilities, but found the lag too distracting so I just use our normal audio baby monitor). If you add a speaker to the camera, you can also speak into the baby's room (great idea for a toddler trying to sneak out of the room!) You can also record the video stream, as well as take photos. The instructions are similarly absent from the camera, but if you can figure out the security settings, you can easily view the feed from a remote location! So basically . . . as cool as this device is, it's possible to do the same thing (with the same drawbacks, and possibly an additional benefit) for less than half the price ;)
