Ethnic Russians Now a Minority in Almost a Third of Country's Federal Units

Ethic minorities make about 40% of Latvias inhabitans, but in goverment, state structures or any official power there is none. In USA thre are only something about 10% afroamericans, but still, USA have an amfroamerican president.

Jeez, Russia has always had a history of violence, a human soul weather national or alien, has never been of any worth to the great Russian empire. Thousands of people throughout Russian history has been massacred under unbelievable pretensions. I don`t believe that today they can avoid violence, i just hope, they will not try to actually beat their imaginary foes over the borders. "And on the same time, Russian news agencies reported that the Federation Council is drafting legislation that will require all migrants who come to live and work in Russia to pass an examination on their knowledge of the national language, a move that would discourage some and enrage others" and this one we all shoud keep in mind when liliputin government will put on their bully rhetoric about Latvian language and russian minority theme...
