They are preparing to invade primarily based on the claim the Russian minority rights are being ignored. This is serious, and this issue needs to be addressed. they are carefully nurturing this propaganda ploy and once instituted, i doubt the US will risk a world war over Latvia.

So what? Most if not all discoverers and explorers in 15th-17th cent. were in fact adventurers, often serving any country that supports them. For example, Columbus was an Italian leading a Spanish expedition. Magellan was a Portugese leading another Spanish expedition after failing to find support in Portugal. Sir Francis Drake was a pirate. Does that abolish the fact they existed? And does that abolish their discoveries? And the expansion of the countries supporting them? And many of them cared for nothing. Discovery of America was just a trade expedition, and so was the first expedition around the world. Many of the great sailors and discoverers were pirates or conquerors or both, and some of them did quite a job destroying the local civilizations. Does that abolish the fact they existed? Your stubornness (which is the first symptom of poor intellect) is unique even for the i-net community. But your debating skills are non-existant. You cannot make me responsible for things I did not say. I did not say I love any of these people, or the monarchs they fought against. Nor am I in a position to judge them or their opponents.
